I used to have the same problem as well as a sore, dry throat that would go away after a little while. I started drinking a large glass of water, sometimes with lemon, as soon as I woke up in the morning and I don't have this problem anymore. Drinking water when you wake up is so good for you! It lifts and clears your complexion and detoxes your body. I suggest you try it :)
