So I just joined a gym a week ago and went yesterday for the first time when I got off work in the morning. This is the first time I've gone to a gym in 2 years, and I'm really excited.
I used to run, used to go to the gym a lot but haven't been able to for te last two years because of commuting etc.
when I got up that afternoon I decided to take a HPK and got my BFP! I know they say you shouldn't start something new when you become pregnant... So, thoughts? Think I can continue if I take it slow? I was really excited about finally being back in the gym!
