Menstrual cups

Has anyone had experience with using menstrual cups??? I just discovered them. I I have used the brand 'soft cups'. All the feedback on them seemed really awesome. But the 4 times I have used a cup, they have overflowed tremendously and with zero warning. I'm wondering if that's with any cup? Or just these? Idk if I haven't got settled in just right? Also... Retrial of this particular brand, is a B****! So I'm thinking about I should try an alternate brand, is love any advice on what brands you like and where you have found the cheapest place to order (in store or online) thanks a bunch!
