Am I pregnant?

My husband and I had unprotected sex he pulled out, but it was right around ovulation. I was then in the hospital for a UTI/ kidney infection. Ever since I've been super tired. I've started having some kidney pains again and My period was suppose to start either yesterday or today (I've been regular for a long time.) However nothing yet but I've got some cramping which usually doesn't start until after the first day of my period. Help?!
