I'm 5'5 and weigh 168lbs (12st), does anyone have any tips for losing weight? I'd ideally like to lose 28lbs (2st) but I really don't have the willpower! I eat crappy food and feel guilty about it and promise myself I'll eat healthy but it just never happens. Does anyone have any tips for me, things like healthy eating, good diets to try? I don't always have a lot of time to prepare meals or to excersise. Feel free to share any weight loss stories you have, how you did it, how you kept motivated etc! Thank you ladies?
