Did you have feeling it was twins?

I am 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant and have strong feeling there could be more than 1 in there. This is my 4th pregnancy and I got a very clear BFP at 10 dpo and with my others I never got a BFP until day of period or after. I have nausea already and EXTREMELY exhausted. I am wondering did you twin mommies know before your first ultrasound there might be more than 1? I have to wait till 12/18 for my first appt and ultrasound. How far along were you when you found out it was twins?

Hey Brittany! Yes! I had a feeling it was twins before it was confirmed. I had horrible morning/noon/night sickness and horrible fatigue very early on..... So in the back of my head I thought something was out of the normal from what I have been told to be symptoms of pregnancy.... And then I went for my first ultra sound at ( what I thought was 8 weeks) and the doctor did the vaginal ultrasound and confirmed that I was pregnant ( with one baby at this time ). In my ultra sound picture there was something in the background... And I kept saying to family.... What if that's another baby... What if I am having twins... And everyone just blew it off... A couple weeks later I started to spot and got very worried, so back to the doctors I went and Suprise!!! Two beautiful babies! Not only did he miss the second one but I was much father than expected! So I didn't find out I was having twins til about 12/13 weeks. ?

I took a test 2 weeks after I had sex.. It was positive. My lmp put me at 10 weeks. Went for ultrasound, and there was a possible sac. They said I had lost it. Or it was just really early. The following week the sac had doubled. And my hcg was 35,000 (at 4 weeks post sex) 2 days later was 49,000. My doctor told me they believe it's twins. But it was so early they couldn't tell for sure. Before the test, my daughter looked at me and said "there's a baby in there." And pointed to my belly. Took a test and it came back pos. then that day she said "mommy, there's two" she was a serious as could be.. She's 6. Then the morning sickness hit around 3 weeks. Doubled!! Sick as a dog! Always have to eat! Always tired. And I'm only about 5 weeks now?? God I can't wait till tomorrow to find out everything!

Like Alexandria I also had a feeling it could be twins based on my terrible sickness & my super dark pregnancy test very early on. My control lined actually showed up sooner then the test line! Twins run on both sides of our families so in the back of my mind I just kinda knew. When I went in at 8 weeks I asked the doctor before he even started the sonogram is it just one in there & he said "nope!" then showed me two little hearts beating strong! Good luck to you. Yes we ha r been joking about it BC I just have this feeling yesturday we went to first ultrasound and at first she said there's only one and then she was just staring g at the screen not saying anything for a few min so I said is everything OK and she said well just checking if there is two and sure enough there are two! I am still in shock especially since other than really sorry chest and back and super hungry I don't really feel pregnant even tho u am double pregnant lol

Everyone was joking saying I was having twins. I kept saying no, but in my mind, I was questioning it. This constant gut feeling. I honestly thought the symptoms were normal to me, just a bit early compared to being pregnant with my daughter. I thought I was around 4 weeks 3 days when I found out. So my appointment was when I was 8 weeks 2 days. When we went, they did an ultrasound to confirm dates, and suprise!!! Two sacs, two heartbeats. I was also, only 6 weeks 6 days. My gut feeling was true on this. So it's very possible your gut feeling is right on (:
