Anyone have any tips?

What tips do you have for conceiving?Me and my husband have been ttc just the old fashioned way but it hasn't been working and since af got here today I want a plan moving into next month. What methods are you using or did work for you? Ovulation kits, preseed, taking temp? Help!!

Definitely OPKs and if you like to have something to read I highly recommend "The impatient womens guide to getting pregnant" So much info and easy/fun to read.

Ovulation tests and preseed is what we used just got our Bfp today after 2 cycles !! Baby dust

Let see. I did/used:

Mucinex during fertile week
Baby aspirin once a day
Preseed
Moon cup (after sex)
Laying flat for 20 min after sex
BD every other day 
BBT
OPKs

Added Clomid and IUI my last 2 cycles and conceived.

Preseed, and fertile aid for both him and her. Use ovulation tests twice a day to catch the peak. After you get a positive opk, u will ovulate in the next 24-36 hours. U can start hpt testing at 8 dpo
