Heavy flow of period tampons or pads?

When I'm having heavy flow while on my period I use tampons but it some times dosent work and I have spotting stains when I get out of the chair at school and blood spots on the seat of the chair. Pretty embarrassing so should I keep using tampons? Or pads?

Wear both, and change often! I used to have the same issues in school, my period have lightened up since then. You should figure out a pattern of how often to change. Also never let a teacher tell you you can't go!

Menstrual cup, rarely leak and they hold quite a bit more then a super tampon in my experience

I used to have that problem.  I used super plus tampons and a pad in addition to it just to keep safe.  Then I recently realized a healthier,  more echo friendly way to resolve that issue.  "Diva cup". YouTube it.  Visit their site.  It's amazing.  ???

You can either wear a tampon teamed up with panty liner or a pad.
