Feeling low and confused #opk

So I've been using a clear blue digital opk everyday from day 11 of my cycle as it says to and I still haven't shown a LH surge :( I'm confused because I've done my cm and cp tests and they all seem to show that I'm ovulating.... what is going on?!!
