Idk what to do.

I was on the patch and I took it off the first week after having it on. I decided to leave it off.  I had three days of spotting. I've had lots of unprotected sex. I've been taking pregnancy test. All negitive... But I haven't had my period since last month. Or so... And I got a tattoo yesterday  nov 18. I thought it would be okay because the test said I wasn't pregnant. But now I'm a little worried and I don't want to tell anyone. Any help?
