Tmi Help what does this mean

Hi everyone i have a question i checked my cp about 2 days ago and my cp was low soft nd i think open and i checked today and its high firm and i cant really tell if its open its to high to tell and my boobs are sore its started 2 days ago also it started with sore nipples to sore boobs and light cramping not on my sides but the middle of my uterus has this happen to anyone and turned out being pregnant?
