Stress- Here to stay?
I'm 16 and I'm very involved in school, extra-curricular activities, and I'm starting my first job tomorrow. I know it's completely normal for a Highschool student to be overwhelmed, but I feel like I'm drowning sometimes. I just can't catch my breath. Just wondering if it's normal to be as stressed as I am now. I've had kind of a history with some pretty bad panic attacks, but they seem to be a lot more frequent these days. Should I try to talk to a doctor about my anxiety, or? Thank you!
