​Ingrowns when I run my hands along. How can I get rid of them?

Exfoliating can help with ingrown hairs. Do u shave those areas? If so, exfoliating before u shave with do a wonder.

That's crazy because I'm the same my arms where so bad but this whole week while showering I have exfoliated my whole body with the exfoliating gloves and shower gel and I will admit I'm very rough I do be scalded but my arms are so soft and I had it bad use a thick body lotion too
