OV test?

So for the past 3 months I've used CB digital OV test and it always says I peak on CD 9! I think that's early but we tried BD before and after .. Still no luck.. This cycle I decide to use FR digital OV test and the CB digital to see the differences. The CB told me again at CD 9 and the FR told me cycle day 13?? I'm confused.. Has anyone had any luck with either test? Also my bbt says I ovulated on CD 15?
