Did you feel implantation?

Most women probably dont but are there any of you here who felt it? and what exactly did it feel like?...im asking because I think I might have felt it last saturday and sunday when I was 7 and 8 dpo...it was kinda like a sharp mildly stretchy kinda feeling...It wasnt painful just uncomfortable and I thought of going to the ER but never did...on monday and tuesday at 9 and 10 dpo I had really light spotting and yesterday at 11 dpo I had absolutely nothing...I havent tested yet but it just crossed my mind that the pain I felt earlier could have been implantation and the spotting was implantation bleeding....im testing on saturday at 14 dpo
