Would you consider having 2 children before the age of 24 bad ( using the word bad for lack of better words)

My fiancée is a ATC ( air traffic controller) and we bought a house right after he graduated and I'm working as a pharm tech and we have a. 13 month old and I just found out I'm pregnant again. We are of course nervous but so excited at the same time. I just hate that people look at us solely on our age and judge.
