A little extra?

Alright, I checked things out down there a couple of times and to me, it doesn't look QUITE normal, there's 2 lips to my vagina but there is like this random piece of skin that kinda sorta just hangs off of one of the lips but the other lip doesn't have that. 
Is this normal??

"Normal" is so vastly different from one woman to the next, it's not even a fair word to use. That being said, what you're describing sounds completely fine, it's just what makes you "you." We're not all symmetrical down there.

Honestly how you described it is how I am as well, I've been self conscious about it before but less people are symmetrical than you'd think.
