Suppose to start today.

Well today is day 28, I was suppose to start my period I thought I was going to get it yesterday morning but nothing! I had off and on cramps all day yesterday and they stopped today. Not normal for me. My cycle does range from 28 days to 30 days, should I wait a couple more days for it? Or what? I'm no longer having cramps and I can't really poop(which is not normal)... To test or not to test?
