When to log spotting? A little tmi
I had brown discharge the last two days, just when I wiped, and logged those days as spotting. Today I thought I was but was just once this morning, should I still log that? Just trying to be accurate. Also, you log period (cd1) when actual flow happens, not just spotting right?
