Confused

Hi ladies, I had abortion on d 5/8/14, it was just 4weeks preg, then I had unprotected sex with my DH on d 12/8/14. Then I started having symptom that I was pretty sure am preggo, then took several test they all came bfn, went to my dr, she took d test again still d same, but my worries now is my period is no longer d same. I used to have 5 days but now is just 1  or 2 days that it. D symptoms are on n off now. My tummy getting bigger. Don't know what to think. Any advice. This a pic of my tummy.
