Tmi question

I hate asking this but its my first pregnancy and I won't see my Dr until next week. Since I found out I was pregnant I've had AF like cramps before I have to poop and thats pretty much the only time. Is that ok or sign of an ectopic? They aren't that bad and no bleeding but I'm concerned. I'm currently 6 weeks.
