Natural ways to encourage ovulation?

This was our 4th month ttc our first after getting off bcp. I am 37 and dh is 38. I have been charting all 4 months. First 2 months my bbt spiked so it appears I ovulated, but last 2 months no temp spike. My Dr wants us to come in in January if still no bfp. I am thinking since no ovulation I might be put on clomid which scares dh due to the increase chances of multiples. Anyone tried natural methods to promote ovulation and were successful? I am thinking about trying maca but not sure what the best one to get would be or when to take it. Open to suggestions. Af due tomorrow so ready to start ASAP for this next cycle. My cycles have been 27 days each month since going off bcps so i am regular just not ovulating. Also, cm has been perfectly normal each month and am getting + opk at day 13-14. Thanks in advance.
