Paranoid all of a sudden about VT

I'm all of a sudden terrified I will go in for my ultrasound tomorrow to find I suffered from vanishing twin syndrome. It just came over me while reading another post! Last night I had pain on my right side followed by sharper pain and then burning, and now it's gone and I feel like a new woman. I pray everything is okay. There was no spotting. I need to stop reading stuff!!! ?? Or maybe it was just my cyst bursting. That would be great! I'll just be ripping out my hair until 1:15 tomorrow, waiting. Y'all are the closest thing I have to a major support system right now since I haven't told the world yet!
