Cramps changed

I cramped from 5dpo-9dpo I thought were for sure implantation cramps since I never cramp around then. then they stop for 3 days and today at 13dpo they started up again but between upper side abdominal cramps and AF cramps. AF is 3days away. Im not sure what to think. I've had plenty other symptoms that make me really question.
