Suing nhs after stillborn?

My little girl passed away at 36 weeks 12 weeks ago now its ruined my life all i thibk about is her. Got the placenta results back yesterday they said the placenta was very large in top 2 out of 100 placentas therefore it wasnt functioning properly and my daughter died of lack of oxygen and nutrients...anyway at 31 weeks i had a bleed i went too hospital and all they did was monitor her heartbeat they didnt do a scan but i think now if they would have scanned me they would of seen my placenta was large and my daughter might be with us today...what do people think about this and making a complaint? X
