Trying to conceive

Hi I'm trying to conceive and I had a miscarriage on October 21 my normal AF was around the 12 before that ..I had two periods this month one started on the 1st of November and lasted till the 8th and my second one started around the 12-17th and says im ovulating today ..I have had sex non stop for about a week an half everyday incliding every fetile day recently ..this would be my second and I have felt tired and had some nausea nothing extreme and my boobs are tender..im so confused help ! I took a test but this is what it showed as ...I did two ..
