Am I just freaking out lol (tmi)

I was in the hospital on Monday and Tuesday due to my heart, but I'm also 6months pregnant. Yesterday I felt a little dizzy and I sat down with my feet up and felt better, today I went to the bathroom, #2 & it was really dark brown, not black but very dark, I'm worried about internal bleeding. My question is, would my blood work on Monday showed a problem? Am I just dizzy from being on my feet, my mom seems to think they would have saw something in my blood work on Monday.
