Can you get pregnant a day after ovulation?

I have two different period/ovulation trackers and Glow says I ovulated yesterday and My Days (which I used to use and was always right on) says I ovulate tomorrow. I never really am concerned bc my husband pulls out, but this morning he didn't for some reason. So now I'm curious if Glow is right and I ovulated yesterday (I did feel flutters like ovulation flutters last night) could I still conceive if I had unprotected sex this morning?
