Meat aversion. What else is good protein? No thyroid hard to gain weight
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and meat hasn't been my first pick of foods. It's more like eggs waffles ceral and jerky. I loved meat before. But now it's hard to even look at! This makes eating very hard! What are some good protein sourced food (like eggs) so I can make sure I'm keeping helathy for this baby and getting plenty of vitiamins and protein. I've also been craving fruit. Lots and lots of fruit. I also have no thyriod (due to cancer) and I have a hard time putting on weight. Any advise? Who else is like this? With food and or thyriod??
