Confused/ Curious

So this is all new to me for November it was saying I was fertile 14-20 tho me an my hubby only managed to have sex 14th &&18th. Seems last month my period changed days it's been regular for the past 2 years now now it starts the 3rd not the 6th anymore. Do you think maybe those weren't my fertile days ? I normally don't have sore breast, or sleep all day an night before my period. Is it possible I could be pregnant? So confused
