Physical virginity is so wishy washy since a woman can tear her hymen doing multiple activities that's don't involve sex. 
Mentally i think she is. She had the decision taken from her. And if you buy into the traditional religious connection to virginity it is "a gift" and "she can only give to one person" it is the choice to have sex and "give" your virginity that makes you not a virgin. 
I personally think that virginity is not a big deal and is mostly made up to control women's sexuality.

For me, sex has always been a big deal. I was molested as a child so I didn't choose who I "gave" my virginity to but I do feel like I have apart of myself when I chose to have sex for the first time with my husband.

I hadn't had any other sexual experiences between the molestation and dating my husband due to trauma but I feel (some will disagree) that God made us for each other; and sharing my body with him was a big deal.

After the abuse was over, I was afraid that I wasn't a virgin anymore. My father reassured me however that I didn't give that part of myself to my abuser, it was stolen. It was up to me to decide if I wanted to still consider myself a virgin in my heart, and I did.

Long story short, if you are raped and it was your first physical sexual experience, don't blame yourself. If you want to call yourself a virgin, do so. When you choose to have sex again (or don't, that's fine too) it will be for you and it will be what you want.
