I'm 20 years old. I've never had issues with my period before and now all of a sudden for the past about 6 months each period my boobs hurt, I get sick to my stomach, I get HORRIBLE acne, horrible cramps, & heavy bleeding. Has anyone else experienced these? If so... what caused it and what helped?
