am I overly jealous or just crazy

I get along with one of my DH "BM" and as for another BM I just hate her because she's childish and does things out of spite! DH ig is unprivate and under one picture with no shirt (gym pic he's very buff) she comments and say "you haven't lost your figure lol! I keep tellin you" right under my comment! Do I have a right to be this way? He says he don't delete the comment because they are civil (she's a real drama starter) and he says I'm taking it the wrong way!
