that was happening to me also and I do the same I take them before bed and I'm good to go. So if you threw it up today take it tonight before bed and just keep taking them at night. Def helps

Only if you see the whole pill when you vomit, otherwise you have no way of knowing if it was actually absorbed

Make sure you're taking them with food. I find if I take it with food I'm okay most of the time. But if I take it on an empty stomach that's when I get super nauseous
