How can you deal with being molested
As a kid

And now it effects my adulthood  I told my SO when I was pregnant but it ended in a MC I didn't want any of his guy family with the baby alone  it made him sad

What should I do

Seek help from a mental health professional who can help you explore how your past is affecting you now. I'm sorry to hear you had such a horrible experience, and you deserve to have help now.

Seek help. Talk to someone. You also need to understand that what happened wasn't your fault and there are sick people in the world. It is ok to not trust people immediately because of your experience but understand that every man isn't perverted. I completely understand how you feel I was molested as a child and raped as a teen. Do not go through your life letting it control you though.

I second getting help. You need to be able to talk about with someone that can walk you through the process. First and foremost, know that it's not your fault and that you don't have to feel like a victim. It's easy to not trust others but it's important to realize that not everyone is like that and that they won't all hurt you or your child (when you have one). Best wishes!
