Cramps

I've been having some cramping maybe daily or every other day but just for like a minute or two here and there (not all day just a couple times maybe). Nothing crazy painful but I obviously notice them. If I wasn't pregnant this would be the small cramps I would get before AF. Just want to see if any of you get these cramps fairly often or If this is something to worry about. My dr said only worry if cramps are really painful and accompanied with blood, but just still thought I'd ask you all. I'm 11w3d. I just had an appt last week they said everything is looking good and I feel like I'm almost in the clear as far as miscarriage rates can go but just wanted to try to clear my mind of this worry.
