9 weeks, cramping and very light spotting
I'm 9 weeks pregnant and yesterday had the smallest bit of light pink spotting in knickers and light cramps throughout the day. My back has been bad too.
I've had nothing since and still have strong nausea, tender breasts and everything.
Any of you ladies experienced this?
I'm only panicking so much because my first son was stillborn and that only happened this May.
