Disappearing symptoms?

I am 8 weeks +2. The past couple days my nausea has decreased to nothing. I woke up this morning and my breasts are no longer sore. I mc in October and am scared to death. I have been to the dr and at 6 weeks we saw a heartbeat. (No cramping no bleeding) Has anyone else suddenly had their symptoms disappear?? Please help!
