What are your views?

Question

Do you believe you're personal prayers must and should be discussed with your spouse in order to grow with your faith together?

Is it wrong to have and desire private personal conversations with God and hold their validity from another?

Is it wrong for the other to demand validity of your personal prayers?

I have a personal relationship with God. It is, I believe,  important to have  a personal relationship with God above all things. How else is he supposed to guide your relationship lol You and your husband should have your individual relationships with God but still pray and talk to God together ??

Me and my husband pray and read our bibles together all the time.  But your relationship with God is between you and Him. No one else. You don't need a humans approval on your prayers. As long as they line up with Gods word, you are more than ok. I encourage you to have a PERSONAL relationship with Jesus Christ. Allow it to grow by talking to Him everyday. God bless!

anybody and that includes my 
hubby. Prayers do not and should
not need validation from anybody
what I pray to God stays between

I have a very deep faith. My husband doesn't believe, or believe the way I do. My relationship with God is a personal one. Sometimes when prayers are answered I'll share that with my husband, and sometimes I don't. The validity should come from yourself and your faith, not from another. Not sharing the details of your special personal relationship with God does not hurt anyone.

My advice is to pray throughout the day, whenever you think about it, whenever you're alone, keep a constant conversation going with God. Then, designate a time every day that you will also pray with your spouse. That way your husband can be let in on what you're really feeling passionate about, but you also get that quality alone time with God.
Praying with your hubby in the morning, just before you start your day can be a really great habit to get into. Starting your day with your husband and God, how much better can it get?? :)
