Dreams about sex and work!

I'm 11 weeks today and lately I have been having just the weirdest dreams about people I work with. though they aren't sexual they are usually followed by a dream of brendon Urie from panic at the disco and I going at it like crazy people. My dreams seem so realistic and sometimes it's like I can actually feel it. Everything is so discriptive in my dreams every single body part. This is so weird! Is it something I'm eating before bed or just my hormones? Or maybe I've just watched the girls/girls/boys video too much.
