IUI and 2 follicles!!!

I am going in tomorrow for my first
IUI
! I'm excited and hopeful! The dr said I have 2 big follicles, does that mean I have a good chance of getting pregnant maybe even twins? I've been taking Letrozole too which I think has helped. Thanks!!
