BFP and BFN w/ AF

Cortney • Army wife. Wrestling mom. Dog lover to a boxer.
So yesterday I tested- twice. The first time I got a BFP w a very faint line, tested again 10 mins after that and that was BFN. I have had mild cramps since mid last week and been super nauseous for a few weeks. 
Butttt  today I started spotting, lightly. 
Anyone have any ideas for me??
