What does it mean?

Im 34 weeks with my first. Yesterday I had this severe sharp and pressuring pain at the bottom oft belly likes abdomen. So bad it made me tear up...what does this mean? Is it normal? Should I see my doctor? Please help

I would guess a contraction. I'd call your dr and see what they say. If you are worried, you should  NEVER chance it. Go to the ER. Good luck :)

So many pulls & strains- it's all preparing for labour.

I had the same thing and found out my son was punching my cervix lol. I guess his hand is above his head and when he stretches or twitches my cervix gets punched. You could also have a lot of stretching and pulling going on because your babe is starting the descent into your pelvis.
