TTC #1. Any Advice?

Hi! My name is Nadia. I've been with my fiance for 3 years and we haven't really been trying but we haven't been doing anything to prevent it. We don't use a condom or the pill... we don't even use the pull out method. We haven't gotten pregnant yet which is a bit worrying. We are now ttc baby #1 for the past couple months and still nothing. Does anyone have any advice on what we can do? Also, is my situation normal? I keep begging him to go to a urologist but he tends to get upset. I just really need some help! I'm sorry for rambling on!

Oh and his parents also had problems conceiving him. I think it was his dad that had a problem.

Lay down after sex. Don't get up and move a lot.

My advice would be to not over think it or worry about it. Hubby and I had been trying for five months we tracked everything, used ovulation tests, and almost obsessed over it and each month that I wasn't pregnant I'd be crushed, and because I have really long cycles I thought it was never gonna happen, the sixth month we decided to take a break from trying to recharge the batteries and what not, I think we might of had sex twice that month and low and behold we got pregnant!! Now 4mths pregnant. So my point is, while it's a good idea to track your ovulation, try to keep your stress levels low as possible and just relax and try not to worry! Wishing you lots of luck!!

Don't waist any time with waiting further. If you didn't prevent pregnancy for the last three years than you should search for medical help. Go to your OBGYN and have a SERIOUS talk about your problem not concieving within three years. Insist that some blood work will be done AND your doc should tell your fiancé that it's NECASSARY to get a semen analysis from him. It's much more easier to do this and it's recommendet before you'll get more invasive diagnostic!

The best advice I can give is to just not try to think about it.  I know it's easier said than done. The more stress you have,  the harder it is to conceive. Keep trying but pretend you're not if that makes sense. Just have sex every three days no matter what time of month it is and I'm sure you will get preggers. Worked for me every time I got pregnant. Every time I tried it didn't happen. When I would stop trying and just have sex with my hubby every other day,  that's when I got pregnant. And on birth control no less. Stay stress free.
