Horribly Congested... help please!

I'm horribly congested. I've tried the vaporizer, saline drops, and vapor rub. I have read mixed reviews ob nasal spray so I've desperately only used it twice. Its the only thing working. Baby book said it should be ok, but to talk to Dr. about dose. Dr won't be there until tomorrow. What should I do? I'm miserable. I'm 9 weeks pregnant.
