Cramping.. Help!
I have had cramping in my lower abdomen on and off all day.. I googled it and i read it was normal, but I had a missed miscarriage back in October so I think I may be freaking myself out. It feels kind of like period cramps but maybe not as severe. And it's not on one side or another, it's kind of my abdomen as a whole. I'm 5w4d. Any advice? No blood either
