More then one baby shower okay?

I am on baby #2 I wasn't planning on having more then one child. My son is now 2 and I have nothing! No more crib, baby clothes, anything at all. Is it okay to do another baby shower and registry? There's so many opinions that people say yes and people say no. I have no one to help me with giving clothes or even a crib. Opinions ladies?
