Okay, I'm confused.

I haven't had a period at all this month. My last one was Nov 14th-19th. I've taken 4 tests (2 digital and 2 frer) and all have been negative. My husband and I are trying to conceive. I'm frustrated. Why are all my tests negative but I have no period?
