Im taking fertilaid cause its hard for me to conceive ive heard great things about it so far. Fotgot to mention I only hve one ovary and tube due to a surgical remover of a 8cm cyst. What should I do I really want a child by my husband I hve a child already he's 10 and I also had 2 miscarriages 3 years ago it seems that my periods are regular but I just need help on what I should do to conceive
