Dont no what to do now

I was supposed to come on last Wednesday and nothing came of it I had a little bleeding Thursday night and then nothing Friday had a little bleeding until yesterday and its been on and off bleeding boobs have been hurting but they are not hurting now I feel under the weather the other night I felt really dizzy the other night like I was drunk I have just taken a test and it says negative what shall I do now I don't think I'll be pregnant I'm not that lucky :( xx any advice
